Panettone farcito (stuffed panettone)

Chef Biagio at the hotel invited the students to make their own Panettone Imbottito (stuffed panettone).  With any goodies they wanted: nutella , nuts, creams, chocolate, m and ms, etc.
Great fun and an inbedded Italian class and culinary arts as well.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Tomorrow our lesson will continue in an actual pastry shop, where they will assist in the making of all kinds of Italian pastries...I wish Ihad their stomachs (just jealous).
